Great residing venue....except for abundant noise on the weekend at night. Main heater not working with several fused bulbs on the top most bedroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would like to come back sometime in the future.

Appreciate your feedback - we would have replaced the heater and the bulbs if you had advised us of the problem. Apologies for the noise but it is on a main traffic route.

Hopetoun Delta , 39 Pitt Street Central Auckland City

This is a terraced house rather than an apartment and was new in Jan 04. There is an internal entry garage on ground floor then up a flight of stairs to a double room, single room and main bathroom and laundry. Then up one level to the sunny modern kitchen and living area and finally up to the top level to the master bedroom and ensuite. It’s a very easy walk to the Karangahape Rd shops and cafes, the CBD is easily accessed down Greys Avenue opposite as is Myers Park. The motorway on-ramps are just 100 metres away.
