Due to severe weather Hibiscus Villa suffered roof damage and water inundation so we were put into a different property which was owned by someone else. This equated to an upgrade. Mii was very apologetic and super helpful. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend Mii as a host even though we cannot comment on the property we had booked.

Although Hibiscus Villa was the house we hired on-line, Mii the owner upgraded us to her house Muri Bliss, so we can only comment on that house. It was was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed staying there. It had lovely coconut trees and palms all around with big decks on either side of the house to either sunbath on one side, or cool down under the shade on the lovely outdoor furniture. The house was so close to the beach and lagoon. Within 5 minutes we were snorkeling among the tropical fish in the lagoon. The cafes and shops were just minutes away too. I would recommend anyone to stay there.

The property we booked had been double booked and we didn't stay there much to our disappointment. We got our instructions once paying the full amount but we should have had contact with the owner before arriving to avoid the problem.However on arrival the owner of the property was able to find us alternative accommodation which was clean and comfortable and suited our needs.
Our hosts were lovely and we really appreciated the fresh fruit provided and their care and attention.

Hibiscus Villa was lovely, close to everything-walking distance to restaurants, buses & beautiful beaches. it was very easy to live in-clean,plenty of linen,crockery etc, the only thing that could've made it perfect would be air conditioning in each room.one bedroom was air-conditioned-however, there were ceiling fans in each room.
I would highly recommend this beautiful villa to any family looking for a holiday home.

There was air con in one of the bedrooms that didn't seem to work and the fan in the other bedroom was great but noisy. We got put in another house next door for a night but it was no problem. Both houses were clean. These are good affordable houses with great decks. We would go back. Location is excellent.

I recommend you remove the 'private west facing swimming pool' from the Home details section of your web page.
Hibiscus Villa at Muri Heights Villas does not have a swimming pool, this was a disappointment as I chose this Villa out of the two available, because of the swimming pool.
However the Villa itself and the Owner Mii, more then made up for this disappointment.

We really enjoyed our stay in Rarotonga and at the Muri Bliss house. The pictures on the website make it look like the garden won't get much sun but the lawn out the front is large and gets the sun all day, they also had sun loungers which was fantastic. We were originally booked for a different house however there was a double booking and we were moved to this house at the last minute. The owner Mii was very accommodating and offered us free transfers and an island cooked meal for the inconvenience. The location was perfect, just across the road from the beach and a very short walk to shops and other resorts.

Mii and Willie are such amazing people, they make you feel like part of the family, you actually couldn't ask for better accomodation so private, comfortable and secluded. Loved the beautiful bowl of fresh Passionfruit and Banana's on arrival. Very comfortable and roomy.

Lovely place to relax, with beautiful views.
When Air New Zealand changed our flight we were allowed to stay half a day longer, much appreciated. The fruits from the garden were yummy!

Very accommodating having everything you would need like you would have at home. The hosts were very warm and friendly and treated my niece and I like extended family. The best part of our stay was having the lagoon only one min away. Thanks for the stay
