Peaceful, mountain views. Perfect for couples. Proximity ocean and beach.
Mountain-facing Studio unit. No sea-view but just a 30 second walk across the lawn to the beach. Studio unit. All in one living, bedroom, kitchenette, one small ensuite. Al fresco dining on covered patio. Occasional low-level noise from the main road. Overall very peaceful property. Sleeps up to 2 . Excellent value.

loved the place, perfect for what my partner and myself were looking for. Lovely Owners. Great holiday, only shame was the weather.... 4 days of sunshine out of 14 :(

This property is excellent value for money. It is well situated and I recommend you hire a car to get around. The host's are friendly and welcoming. When I return I would certainly be booking at Heron Reef again.

Herron Reef is not accurately located on the Home for Map. The property is actually on the beach, not across the road as indicated. A huge plus. A very private and comfortable property.

Sue and Robbie did everything possible to make our stay a pleasure. Great suggestions in their welcome book like the cross Island walk with the local Medicine Man Pa.

What can I say. The place was immaculate, well appointed, and Sue is both charismatic and a delight to deal with. I'd have no hesitation in recommending either Sue or the property to anyone. In fact I've half a mind to bad-mouth it, just so it's not booked out next time we go! You have to try Tamarind House, the restaurant Sue owns, and you get a 10% discount there too. If I could rate higher than a 5, we would!

Our stay at Herons Reef was great and the owner was really helpful. The accomodation was very clean and tidy. I highly reccomend staying at Herons Reef if you are travelling to Raro.
