This is the favourite room in the house.It is surrounded by a private garden.This can be accessed from both the kitchen and lounge.The sun streams in here all day long.There are tables outside for out door entertainment on hot summer days.The kitchen has all the mod cons including microwave and induction stove,

Lounge

This is a cosy room with flat screen tv ,dvd cd player and piano.There is seating for 5 with a sofa and additional seating. A heat pump keeps it warm in winter and cool in summer.This room has doors opening out to a north facing courtyard and also looks out to a south facing courtyard.

master bedroom

This is a good size room with a queen bed.It has ranch slider access to a north facing balcony.

Bedroom 2

This upstairs bedroom also has a queen bed and built in wardrobe.It is d a soft light blue painted walls and has a very pretty outlook to the common garden area.

Bedroom 3

This bedroom has a single bed and built in wardrobes.It is south east facing and receives the morning sun.The room has a balcony and view of sky tower.

Bathroom

The bathroom has a toilet shower and bath.Newly renovated 2 years ago as is the whole house .

There is a separate toilet downstairs and a washing macine and dryer.

Entrance and outdoor area

This property has a courtyard at the front entrance with a charming garden.There is another garden and larger courtyard out the back.It was architecturally designed in the 70s and makes the most of it's northerly aspect.It is light and sunny all day.

recommendations

There is an excellent japanese restaurant 2mins walk away called Nishiki.They do take out and dining in.Clooneys restaurant is an easy ten minute walk away as is a very good cafe(my favourite) Cafeteria. Sale St bar which often has live entertainment is very popular as is La Zeppa for a drink and tapas.Another cafe right across the road from the house is Rupa dairy open Monday to Friday.The best New World supermarket is about 5 mins walk away.Close to that are two other recommended cafes Queenies and Marcellos. It really is a superb location for any visitor to Auckland
