Thank you for the lovely stay.
My only issue was carparking, there was a people mover permanently parked in one of the car spaces and that was inconvenient at times but other than that, nothing to report. The door handle for the main bedroom downstairs always came off too. I hope the owners or the next visitors get to enjoy the beer and sparkling wine we left, it was left over from the wedding and I couldn't bring myself to throw it out. We all had planes to catch, so we couldn't take it with us. I also left a small sewing kit there and put it into one of the drawers in the kitchen, i'm sure it will come in handy and a vase. I bought a vase for some flowers that were delivered, i am happy to leave it as a keepsake to your house and hopefully it will come in handy for someone else who stays there too. Thank you again, we loved the house. Kelli

Thank you for your good and fair review, the 5-star rating and the perfect score on all areas.
We have arranged for a tradesperson to attend to the loose door handle in the bedroom.
For parking, please refer to remarks in arrival instructions:
' You may park the main car at the lot just outside the front door of the house. Additional guest
parking is available 10 m on the street (Goldrush Way) from the house.'
In the website, we had stated off street parking available.
In regards to the left over beer and sparkling wine as we did not know about this beforehand, the girls reported they disposed of these. This is procedure per our instruction that any leftover food and drink in the kitchen or fridge be disposed of so the property is fresh for all new guests.
We truly appreciate your vase as well as strong affirmations of the superb values that Gold Pine View offers.

When we arrived at 2pm on check-in day we found the cleaners only just starting to clean the house. Which meant we could not enter the house until 4pm. The cleaners had said that the house owner had known the cleaners were going to be late, so should have told us.
The cutlery was also rusty.
We were happy with the house, but arrival could have been smoother.

When my cleaners advised they were not able to clean the property before check in time I emailed the guests to inform them of this and offered them a late check out as compensation. We have since replaced a brand new set of cutlery.

All 3 bathrooms have heated towel rails and all bathrooms have Fan Heaters. All beds have electric blankets plus wall heaters to keep every one cosy. All fitted electric blankets have been turned off at the wall for safety.
