Today this Joglo is a modern fusion of an antique Javanese house restored and modernized by her European owners to today’s luxury and comfort guaranteeing to put you in the right state of mind. Gili T, The island
Situated 54 kilometers to the east of Bali lies the island of Lombok. Off the northwest coast of Lombok lie the three famous Gilis (which means small island) Gili Air, Gili Meno and Gili Trawangan.
Gili Trawangan is the largest of the coral ringed Gili Islands. The island has a reputation for being relaxed and laid-back, yet sophisticated and chic. No cars or motorbikes are allowed on the island. The hardest decision you'll have to make while you're here is whether to walk, cycle or take a horse cart to discover the Island's beauty. Friendly locals, amazingly good food, enough activities will ensure your holiday is unforgettable. It’s the combination of these traits that makes Gili T (as its known) such a popular place to visit.

Gili Trawangan has a abundance of aquatic life and dive sites within short range. Gili Joglo can arrange private dive trips and dive education for all level of experience but also can recommend a range of accredited dive schools

Beautiful coral reefs offer scuba divers and snorkeling enthusiasts the chance to see an abundance of marine life including turtles, sharks and manta rays. Gili Trawangan is famous for the fantastic diving and snorkeling just off-shore. Gili Joglo is located 50 meters from the best snorkeling beach of the island.

Activities / Day trip to Lombok island
Most worthy of a visit on Lombok are the spectacular waterfalls at Senaru and the trek to the top of the volcano, Mount Rinjani.
Senarau Waterfalls are situated at the base of Mount Rinjani. The falls are very picturesque and well worth the short hike down to the falls where the cool water awaits you.
Mount Rinjani National Park is a 3,000 meter volcano surrounded by a beautiful mountain lake. Hiking enthusiasts come from all over the world to trek this amazing mountain.
