The apartment
This basic but comfortably appointed apartment has eveything the visitor will need - washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, iron and ironing board, duvets, pillows, television, DVD player, sound system, broadband, computer, printer, books, childrens toys, and reverse cycle airconditioning.

The apartment is centrally located close to parks, playgrounds, the Victoria park markets, churches, art gallery, main shopping mall, cafes, restaurants, culteral centre. It is one block to the link bus which takes visitors through Ponsonby, New Market, Parnel and the City centre, and 3 blocks to the free Red circle bus to the University.

The bathroom
There is a bath/shower in the spacious bathroom. It also has a vanity with large mirror. The washing machine and the dryer are also located in the Bathroom. Washing detergent is provided.

The dining table sits 6. There is a three seater and two seater sofa, coffee table, book shelf - with heathy range of books for adults and children. The TV is free to air only. There is a DVD player which doubled for CD player with suround sound sound system.

Sleeping Comfort
There is a double bed in the spacious main bedroom with a build in wardrobe and side draws. The computer with internet access and printer is also located in the main bedroom. The second bedroom is smaller, but sufficient for two single beds. Duvets and pillows are provided. The Owner prefers that guests provide their own sheets, pillowslips and towels.

The kitchen has an electric four burnder stove and electric ovem. There is a toaster, electric jug, microwave, and dishwasher. The fridge is large, and basic provision are available - cooking oil, coffee, tea sugar, salt, spices etc...There is plenty of crockery and cutlery, and pots and pans for cooking.

There is one parking space at ground level, with remote control access. It is important the guests only park in the allocated space (number 24), as parking in other spaces may result in the car being towed. Additional parking is available within 100 metres of the property at about $10 per day.
