Close to town. Close to the beach. Relaxing envoronment.
Modernised family friendly 3 bedroom home with internet and sky. Kitchen & lounge have a relaxing open plan layout with a modernised kitchen and a 42" plasma in the lounge. Located on the hills over looking the city. Parking for 4 vehicles. Close to beach, city, cafes, cinema, church and restaurants. We have beds for 5 plus a cot, plus a queen size inflatable bed with electric pump if required.

Sleeping Areas

We have three bedrooms, the master room has one queen bed, the second room has one single bed and the third room has one cot, but if required be can add a queen bed to this room as well, please note that you will need to tell us when booking if you require this queen bed. We also have a queen size inflatable bed with electric pump (blown up approx 1ft or higher of the ground), that can be used in the lounge if required. All linen is provided and will be placed on your beds so that you can easily make your beds upon arrival. Spare towels and linen is in the linen cupboard.

Outdoor Dining and Play Area

We have a medium sized deck outside with a small outdoor dining set. We also have a 4 burner bbq if required. Your children are welcome to use the trampoline but for safety only one person at a time.
