Lakefront Luxury, amazing alpine and lake views, perfect for all seasons and all travellers
Across the Esplanade from Lake Wakatipu, these luxury villas provide the perfect holiday accommodation for all seasons. Downtown Queenstown, with all its restaurants and shops, is only a short five-minute walk along shore of Lake Wakatipu. For those travelling with young children; a playground is conveniently placed in the park in front of the villas... and each villa has a private enclosed courtyard, perfect for alfresco dining, a relaxing glass of wine or just allowing children outside yet off the road and safe from traffic. Each villa accommodates a maximum of 6 guests with a bed configuration accommodating either 4 singles; 3 couples or 2 couples and 2 singles. If travelling with a car, each villa has its own private garage at the back, plus one off-street car park right at your back door - all very easy to drop groceries (and the chidlren) at the back door before putting the car away for the night! Inside; enjoy a bottle of local Pinot Noir in front of the the large gas fire in the sitting room or relax and soak up the holiday feel in Queenstown in the large bath in the master en-suite bathroom overlooking the lake...

What is included or can be provided.
Each villa's ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting room with a large flat screen TV, DVD/CD player and radio. TV coverage is cable/Sky with all channels available for viewing. This floor has underfloor heating in the kitchen, a, electric wall heater and a gas fireplace. A small private courtyard with table and chairs looks out towards the lake - perfect for dining, or just relaxing and enjoying the view. The villa's top floor houses the three bedrooms; a master king-double, a second queen-double room, and a third king-double (splittable) room. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with under-floor heating a bath, shower, basin and toilet. The second bathroom, also with under-floor heating has a basin, shower and toilet. The laundry, with sink, washing machine and dryer is also on this level. Also available, upon request are portacots, high chairs and stair safety-gates if travelling with infants - please let us know your requirements and they will be installed and fully made up for your arrival at the villas. No keys are required for the villas, access is by digital key-pad, making access easy, simple and convenient. Although there is no on-site Reception or Staff, our head housekeeping staff has been with us for many years - presentation is immaculate, and support is available from your villa's phone.
