Noordhoek surroundings
Noordhoek is a great location from where you can explore wonderful Cape Town. We are ~35km outside of the City Centre which is easily reached via Ou Kaapse Weg and the highway in 30 - 45min, depending on traffic. We are situated half way between Cape Town city and the Cape of Good Hope. We have wonderful beaches close by, as well as shopping areas with lots of divine restaurants and lots more.

Due to our position on 'Dassenberg" we are fortunate to have fantastic views across the Wetlands to the Atlantic Ocean in the distance with stunning sunsets through lovely, mature trees.

Guest House
The upper part of the house is the Guest House. This consists of 4 bedrooms (2 very large rooms with en-suite bathrooms and 1 sleeper couch each, plus 2 rooms with separate private bathrooms), a very large lounge with fireplace and large screen TV with full DSTV, dining area with a large Mahogany table which can seat 10 people comfortably, and an open-plan kitchen. Off the lounge and dining area there is a very large Veranda Deck from where you can enjoy wonderful sunsets, have a Braai or just relax during the day.
The inviting swimming pool is in front of the house on the lower level with an entertainment area.

Intaba (mountain) room:
This cosy and comfortable room is the smallest of the guest rooms at Epic Guest House and has a Queen size bed. Other features include built-in wardrobe, small desk & chair, mini safe, linen & towels, hairdryer and coffee/tea making facilities with a chocolate treat. The separate private bathroom is just outside the room and has a roll-in shower with non-slip tiles and complementary eco-friendly bath products.

Molo (hello) room:
This comfortable room benefits from great views across the Wetlands & tall trees. The room is furnished with a king size bed (can be twin on request) with comfortable seating area. The private spacious bathroom is separate directly outside the room. Features include: built-in wardrobe, small desk & chair, mini safe, hairdryer, linen & towels, complimentary eco-friendly bath products and coffee/tea making facilities with a chocolate treat.
Patio doors lead onto the stunning veranda from where the beautiful views, sunsets and wildlife can be enjoyed.

This spacious room is facing the fishpond & garden, is furnished with a king size bed (can be twin on request) and a comfortable seating area which can convert to a sleeper couch. The large en-suite bathroom with roll-in shower has all modern conveniences, including a heated towel rail, shaver point, excellent lighting, non-slip tiles, hairdryer and complimentary eco-friendly bath products. Other features include built-in wardrobe, desk & chair, mini safe, linen & towels and coffee/tea making facilities with a chocolate treat included.
