Location

You really want to be close to the game and more importantly the pubs for the after match festivities. This property is a sand wedge away from the main stand at Eden Park. In fact you can see it in the back ground in the main photo. It is also only 5 mins walk to the bars, pubs and restaurants in Kingsland, and a short cab or 15 min walk to Ponsonby Rd

The House

The property is not the prettiest from the outside but it has been recently refurbished and has all the modern comforts you will need including large flat screen TV, DVD player, Sky TV, broadband internet connection, gas heat pumps and comes fully furnished with leather sofas, designer Kauri dining table and chairs and fully equipped kitchen. This house is HUGE and perfect for you and your friends for RWC2011
