Dart Haven - Reviewed by Ihipera from New Zealand in November 2016. Very nice home with a massive lounge and dining area to accommodate a family or two and large kitchen for cooking. The furnishings were great, spacious bedrooms and the house very homely. Heaps of stairs across the 3 levels but good exercise (garage and entrance on first level, lounge and kitchen on second level and bedrooms and bathrooms on third level).
Great outdoor entertaining area with large deck, BBQ and spa pool - lovely to relax in after a day of activities, although we couldn't vary the temperature at times (which was frustrating in the evenings when the spa temperature would drop). Magnificent views indeed of Lake Wakatipu and the mountains, especially from the top floor.
Great location only a short drive away from central Queenstown but it's not necessarily within walking distance as it's at the top of very steep hill.
The driveway is very steep - we had a standard sedan rental car and had to go in and out of the garage on an angle after emptying the car of passengers to avoid scraping so something to be aware of. Two of the power plugs in the lounge didn't work but plenty of others to choose from. The TV in the master bedroom wasn't working either. I didn't bother asking the property manager about this during our stay but I'm sure they would have been more than happy to sort it out. Home owner very friendly to deal with and approachable before and after hire.
On arrival the house was immaculate but some of the cups and glasses were dirty when we first went to use them. Otherwise a lovely home away from home and would definitely stay again. Rating: 4.2

Dart Haven - Reviewed by Alex from Australia in July 2011. Very good house in a nice location, it has everything you need. Paul accomodated our late arrival very well, thatnk very much for that.
The drying room has abit to answer for, doesn't exactly dry....not sure if we had it working properly, also the main shower didn't drain very well it would fill the floor up before you were finished.
Thanks very much, hope to be back there soon.
Cheers Alex Rating: 4.8

Dart Haven - Reviewed by Dr Matthew from New Zealand in October 2010. Unable to get our car and van up the driveway, both were scraping on the ground when tried a number of times so had to park on the road which was no problem for us but during the middle of winter there are probably going to be people wanting to park in the garage. Dart Haven - Reviewed by Lisa from Australia in August 2010. The only minor problems with equipment were with the television being on child-lock and us being unable to access wireless internet initially. The wireless internet issue was sorted quickly by the property manager but the TV was on child-lock for the duration of the visit. Rating: 4.8
