Our holiday home is located on our 100 acre property,there is a master bedroom with a queen size bed and its own ensuit,2nd bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and bedroom 4 has 3 single beds.A 3 way bathroom services the 3 bedrooms and there is a large dining/ kitchen area as well as a comfy lounge room with all the requirements needed.

We are a 100 acre working farm
We run murrey grey beef cattle, free range chickens, family goat and lots of wildlife around the property. Peacefull location and plenty of room for children to roam safely on our property.

Location:
Situated a short distance outside the township of Wauchope, 380 kms north of Sydney or 580 kms south of Brisbane on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales is Breckenridge Farm, an enlightening, educational and fun experience for the entire family.
The farm is a 100 acre working farm with cattle, chickens, bird aviaries, fish, an abundance of wildlife, bush walks, golf range, swimming pool, bbq area, childrens play area and warm up grounds.
The farm is an ideal place to stay, either as a wonderful place for children and adults to experience and learn about a working farm, or as a base to access the many activities and tourism attractions available to visitors of the region.
You can feed the animals or picnic and explore the bush trails within the farm.

Attractions and Activities:
For the sports enthusiast water sports include parasailing, deep sea fishing, hang gliding and river cruises are easily arranged whilst horse riding, karting, golf, lawn bowls, tennis and tenpin bowling are all local. Scenic joy flights via ultra light, seaplane, light or jet aircraft are available.
If nature is your passion State forests, The Billabong Koala Park, waterfalls, bush trails and some of the best beaches in Australia are easily accessable.
The mid north coast is one of Australia's most historic areas. There a multitude of museums and the Timbertown Heritage Theme Park to visit.
If you still haven't found your fancy there are various vineyards, restaurants, cafés, bowling and RSL clubs are plentiful.

Nature Lovers:
he Billabong Koala Breeding Centre is located a short 10 minutes drive east of Wauchope. Here you can have a "hands-on" experience with some of Australia's most loved animals, Koalas, Wallabies, Kangaroos and Wombats and much more...
Nature lovers can explore the remnant sub tropical rainforest of Boorganna Nature Reserve or the serene beauty of Swans Crossing and Upsalls Creek.
Picnic in Henry Kendall Reserve beside Stingray Creek or on top of Diamond Head in Crowdy Head National Park or feed the fish in Limeburners Creek.
Discover Kendall crafts and the herbal delights of Norfolk Punch. Visit the Bago and Long Point Vineyards or the Lorne Valley Macadamia "Nut"Farm.
A short drive from Comboyne Plateau you can find Ellenborough Falls. Here the waters plunge 200 vertical meters into a magnificent boxed gorge: this can be viewed at the top of the falls or there's an easy walk to a viewing platform that looks back towards the falls.
Enjoy Wauchope's unique country shopping with a mix of modern and original architecture.
There is a diversity of places to wine and dine, including award winning restaurants.
Take a picnic to the scenic Rocks Ferry Park on the banks of the Hastings River or enjoy lunch at one of the open air cafés.
The pubs and clubs offer superb, affordable meals with both hot and cold beverages.

Historical Sites:
For the historically minded the area is steeped in history with the area being one of the Australia's original penal settlements.
There are numerous old sites and museums, to visit as well as the historic cemetery in the center of Port Macquarie.
The area is well known for ship wrecks in years gone by and the many plaques describe how many met their fate.
Take a walk down memory lane and experince life how it was 100 years ago in the days of timber cutting at the historic Timbertown Heritage Theme Park.
The whistle of the working steam locomotive transporting visitors throughout the park is a common sound throughout Wauchope.
The park is open daily between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm.

For the sports minded there are four picturesque and challenging golf courses to choose from in addition to numerous bowling clubs to relax with lawn bowls.
If your need is speed the kart track is a casual five minute drive or for the ultimate thrill there are jet fighter flights.

Port Macquarie, Lake Cathie, Bonny Hills and the Camden Haven boast some of the most beautiful beaches in Australia.
Visitors can enjoy surfing, scuba diving, jet skiing and parasailing on patrolled beaches.
For the boating enthusiast, there are river cruises, everglade tours, BBQ boats, whale and dolphin spotting, deep sea, estuary or river fishing.
If you love the water and salt air, but prefer not to get your feet wet, there are numerous walks, river banks and rocky outlooks to take in the stunning views of the coastal strip between Bonny Hills and Diamond Head.
If all this isn't enough there are the latest movies on show at two cinemas located in Port Macquarie and Laurieton.
