The Blue Jay (approx. 870 sq. ft.) A fully detached home with a large wooden terrace made in a loftstyle on a large parcel of land located directly by the Bay. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with fireplace, bathroom (fully equipped), two bedrooms (fully equipped) each with two beds. The garage and storage areas are located in the basement, include a laundry with washer and dryer.
Our home is located in Meehan Bay, a secluded bay on the Ottawa River. The river itself provides an avenue for every conceivable recreational water activity.
You can rent this holiday home for 2-4 people on our beautiful and spacious waterfront lot. Enjoy the peace and quiet of nature without having to give up your valued comforts and conveniences.
Our home is located in Canada's south-east on a bay from the Ottawa River called Meehan Bay. Although very quietly situated in the bush the great towns from Quebec and Ontario are not far away. The cities of Quebec (500km), Montreal (350 km), Ottawa (180 km) and Toronto (400 km) are attainable from there.
Wether you wish to be alone or with family or friends; wether for an active or a relaxingly time, Meehan Bay is the perfect place for plenty of interaction with your natural surroundings and/or trips to the towns and cities in the vicinity. From the front porch, you can fish, canoe, swim, barbeque, build bonfires and simply let your soul relax. The potentials for recreational and adventuresome experiences are nearly boundless.
