We had a wonderful stay at Blackrock Villa One. Villa was spacious, very clean with good sized bedrooms and large showers. The pool overlooking the ocean and stunning gardens are a real feature of the property. Not to mention the wonderful owners - Michelle and Andy, nothing was too much trouble for them! Loved it and can't wait to return!

A great place and well managed. I recommend earplugs for the roosters and planes though.

I would rate this property as higher than some of the resorts we visited if not all. It was peaceful and what we needed. Being close to the airport did worry us at first but although we did hear planes landing and taking off overnight we easily went back to sleep and didn't find it a major problem at all. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back!!!

Very nice place to stay, great pool and sunsets. Good to get off the beach at the end of the day and get a view while swimming in that pool :)

I rent vacation homes in many locals and this was one of the most satisfying ever. A great property and well run, with fabulous amenities.

Black Rock Villas are easy to find: we are near Avarua, Rarotonga’s main town, which is around 3000km NE of Auckland (5000km from Sydney). Rarotonga is in the southern group of the 15 Cook Islands and has around 9000 inhabitants. Up to 100,000 tourists visit Rarotonga every year, staying an average of 10 days.

Adults Only (Unless both Villas booked by associated groups) Black Rock Villas are very spacious: 8m x 10m with a 3m x 10m verandah. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dishwasher, washing machine, T.V. DVD. All water on site is filtered and U.V. treated. The villas can be made with either a super king, queen,singles.

Facilities include a dishwasher, washing machine, 29" TV, DVD, microwave, safe, telephone, wifi , plus a barbeque and commercial oven in the private garden.

The Pool
The large pool is designed with the serious swimmer in mind: it is 1.6 m deep and 16m long. Children* should be supervised at all times. It is a fresh salt water pool and we care for our guests and the environment by using no chlorine.
