The House

If you want to be close to town but feel like you are on holiday this is the place for you! Wonderful indoor/outdoor living a stones throw from the beach. Very well appointed with everything you would need. The bedrooms can be closed off from the living/dining area making it great for families with young children. The living area flows onto a large covered all weather deck where you can spend your evenings soaking up the sun & enjoying freshly caught fish on the BBQ (if you are lucky!). A large fully fenced garden offers safe & secure playground for children and pets.

The Area

Waiake Beach is the North Shores best kept secret - a small bay that offers perfect all tide swimming and boating. There is a sheltered estuary at one end of the beach which is perfect for young children. The bay is backed by a reserve with picnic/bbq facilities & a great children's playground. Tides Cafe is across the road and offers good coffee, ice creams and lunch/dinner. Long Bay Regional Park is a 2 minute drive and is a stunning beach with an amazing playground and picnic areas. Browns Bay and Torbay villages have all the amenities you could need including supermarkets, great cafes and restaurants. Walk to Browns Bay in 10 minutes along a clifftop & beach front walk from the property - a perfect morning brunch option!
