The master bedroom and lounge open onto two sunny north facing, spacious decks - perfect for "wining and dining", a casual BBQ, or simply relaxing and enjoying the wonderful views of the beach, Oneroa bay, the yachts and beyond to the outer Gulf to Great Barrier and the Coromandel Peninsular.
The glass balustrading on the deck ensures the safety of children, whilst providing uninterruped views.
The home has been constructed to the expansive vista , with kitchen, bathroom and toilet on the road side of the property.
The lower level has 1 bedroom off the living/kitchen area, a laundry (auto washer and dryer), bathroom and a bunk room pictured opposite.

Upper Level:
Bedroom 1 - Super king bed,(can convert to singles on request at additional cost of $20), bedside tables, built-in wardrobe. Ranch slider opening onto northern deck. Sit in bed and gaze out at the magnificent sea views.
Bedroom 2 - Two single beds (can convert to king on request at additional cost of $20).
Bathroom 1 - with bath and shower. Older style but very clean and tidy. Separate toilet.
Large open plan living, dining and kitchen opening through french doors onto the spacious private decks.
Enclosed Woodburner Fireplace, T.V., DVD player. Stereo sound system Cellphone reception excellent for all networks. Variety of board games, cards, books and magazines.
On the deck there is modern outdoor furniture and sun loungers, with gas BBQ.
Fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, stove, coffee plunger and cookware, glassware and dinnerware of excellent standard.
Off street parking for 2 - 3 vehicles in driveway.
Easy level access - just one step up from the pathway to the front door.
Suitable for elderly or disabled needing easy access.
The property does not provide disabled facilities in the bathroom.

The lower level includes a large bedroom, a bunkroom, a bathroom, laundry and kitchen living/dining room with loads of bifold doors opening to another private northfacing deck.
This drops down to the expansive grass lawn in front of the house, ideal for children to play safely.
Lie in the hammock while you watch your children play.
Kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster. Comfortable quality furnishings. Cookware, dinnerware and glassware of very good standard.
Bedroom 3 - queen bed. Has window in dividing wall between living area and bedroom which can be closed off with shutters for privacy.
Other Sleeping - Double futon sofabed in living room.
Bathroom - shower, and toilet.
CHILDREN'S BUNKROOM: - (Bedroom 4)
Can be included at additional cost of only $135 per night (sleeps 7).
It is only available for families with children.
The children's bunkroom is a large room with ranch sliders opening to the outside area, at the side of the house and top of the expansive garden.
The room contains 1 bunk bed, 3 single beds and 1 queen.
It is situated on the lower level of the house and has internal access to the main house upstairs and the lower level apartment.
