The Beach House is an entertainers delight, the central core to this majestic home is the large open plan living area that opens to decks on either side, dine can inside or out, an outdoor log fire is great for creating the right atmosphere and providing warmth as the evening evolves.

Majestic holiday home and entertainers delight!

The Beach House is situated on the Rawhiti peninsular and has spectacular views of Hauai & Oke Bays. Built to maximise the stunning views and sunshine, the Beach House is an entertainers delight. The central core to this majestic holiday home is the very large open plan living area that opens on to expansive decks on both sides of the house, which means that dining can be enjoyed inside or outside depending on the occasion. An outdoor log fire is great for creating the right atmosphere and providing warmth as the evening evolves… On the top level there are for four oversized bedrooms with wardrobes and en-suites, with full wet wall walk in showers, toilets and vanities and heated towel rails. The lower level has its own living area and large deck plus two generous bunkrooms each room with one double and five single beds. There is a full bathroom with shower, bath, heated towel rails and toilet, plus an additional powder room. The Beach House comes with its own mooring for easy access by boat. There are stunning walks that leave from right outside the back deck including the world renowned Cape Brett walkway. There is access to two fantastic beaches, (Hauai bay 3mins walk & Oke bay 5 minutes), both are sheltered bays, great for swimming, fishing and rock hopping! The Beach House was a gold medal winner in the Master Builders “House of the Year” awards and graced the cover of their annual magazine.

CHEF:

There is also an additional option of hiring a CHEF for the entire time or just a few nights... What a delightful way to top of your holiday! This service is provided at an additional charge.
