"Wonderful experience"

We stayed at one of the Barossa Heritage Cottages - Bandicoot Nest - it was delightful - we had a comfortable king bed with wool quilt, modern lounge with widescreen TV, log fire and airconditioning, the modern kitchen was well equipped - I even cooked up a meal using regional Food Barossa produce and we ate in style in the dining room. Best of all was the huge bathroom with two person spa. One afternoon we had a BBQ under the vine covered pergola. We walked out to the Lord Lyndoch Restaurant one evening for a great meal. There are heaps of wineries - five within 2 kilometres. They have two other cottages as well - Currawong Roost and Daisy Randall. We had a look and they are just as nice and well equipped"
