Privacy is the word of the day for this spacious abode. Making your way into the living area, you will see a spacious open plan lounge, which is very homely. Situated on a private estate with 24-hour security, you really couldn’t ask for more in a holiday rental home.

The western style kitchen enjoys an aesthetically pleasing oak finish and granite work surface, alongside a breakfast bar ideal for informal dining. The selection of modern appliances includes a refrigerator, freezer, an oven, stovetop, tea and coffee making facilities, microwave, toaster and a rice cooker.

The lounge is part of the open-plan living area, enjoying luxurious furniture such as a brown leather settee, this is a relaxing area where you can enjoy a wide choice of international cable and satellite channels on your large television or sit back and enjoy some soothing vibes on the surround sound music system.

This location is quite unique because you are tucked away in a peaceful corner of Jomtien, situated just 1km from the beach and slightly further away from a wide selection of international and Thai restaurants and the main entertainment zones that Jomtien owns. Other tourist attractions such as Pattaya Floating Market and Alangkarn Theater are just a 10-minute drive away. Tesco Lotus and Underwater World are a 5-minute drive. Within a 10-minute drive, you can be at Walking Street and all of the nearby facilities that make Pattaya a much sought after holiday destination. The nearest convenience store is only 500 meters away, as is a small Thai restaurant with great food for cheap prices. All in all, this is a great location to take a well deserved holiday.
