We really enjoyed our stay here and Melinda was awesome giving us a map of the Island and marking all the good eating spots snorkling spots and places of interest to visit as well as being very kind. The apartment was very spacious and cool. One thing to add would be the beach is definitely a surf beach rather than a snorkling beach, so we just rode our scooters to different swimming and snorkling spots.
We would highly recommend staying at this apartment with hosts Melinda and Andrew.

Spacious, presented as in photos, Melinda and Andrew were awesome and gave good advice in terms of what to do, places to eat etc. Enjoyed our time there.

Property is very spacious and modern. Good for entertaining family/friends and all the necessary appliances were functioning well. Having the pets (Blackie and Ginger) made the experience a real "home from home" one. Will definitely recommend and if we return to Rarotonga we will be staying here again...

Fantastic apartment. Slept six of us in luxury. Facilities immaculate and owners extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend and will book again if returning to Cook Islands

The only piece of feedback is in regards to the plunge pool, I would suggest advising people that this is a shallow pool.
The stand in managers Lyn and Tony were fabulous,very helpful and friendly. Were there to help and assist will all requests.
