A Holiday at Antrim One
This villa/apartment is a modern version of the original family holiday home built on this site in the 1930's. It is designed for an extended family group but is ideal for couples as well, with flexible sleeping arrangements in the family room. Each bedroom has its own TV and 2 have DVD players. There is a supply of DVD's,CD's, books, games and puzzles to while away the cold winter evenings or the occasional wet day. There is a set of golf clubs stored in the garage and available for the use of guests. Close proximity to Central Queenstown gives you access to the full range of activities available in the area, as operators provide transport. However, there is a comprehensive range of rental car companies, but do pre book - especially during the peak seasons.
Wi Fi is provided to ensure this is a home away from home for you

Configuration of Living Areas and Bedrooms
The two main bedrooms are upstairs, each with a king bed, en suite and private balcony with stunning mountain and lake views. The master bedroom also has a spa bath.
On the main floor is the kitchen, dining and living area - all open plan. Sliding doors can be pulled right back to allow full access to the outdoor terrace which also has table and chairs to seat 8 during the summer. The kitchen is fully equipped with twin drawer dishwasher, microwave, electric stove and gas rings, plus a wide range of cooking utensils.
This floor is accessed by the main front door and through the double garage.
There is also a laundry with a toilet and handbasin which is accessed through a sitting room. The sitting room can, upon request, be converted into a comfortable, private bedroom area for an elderly person or couple who cannot manage the stairs easily.
The whole ground floor is one large room with en suite, TV, table and chairs. It has 4 beds in 2 bunks and 2 comfortable, queen, fold-down couches so the sleeping arrangements are flexible but with a maximum of 4 for comfort. This room also opens on to an outdoor terrace and garden area.

Benefits of Queenstown and Antrim One
There is almost every type of adventure tourism you can think of available to enjoy in this beautiful area. From sky diving to rafting, ski-ing to mountain biking, hiking to bungee jumping, sailing to jet boating to name but a very few. Gentler outdoor pursuits range from golfing to gold panning, bowling to ice skating, swimming to walking.
If this type of thing is not for you, or you've had enough, how about a day or two spent enjoying the many wineries in this area, and focussing on fine dining at as many of the superb restaurants as you can manage?
The younger set may prefer the night clubs, a visit to the 20 Below Bar or any of the many bars here - even the Casino.
You can take the opportunity to just relax at Antrim One - enjoy the great views, spend time on a jigsaw, listen to music or catch a DVD movie you never had time to watch. A leisurely wander in to town for some shopping is highly recommended, or taking in a current movie at the local theatre - something you may never have time for in your busy day to day life.
