Superb property, surrounded by lush jungles and having fantastic sunset views to the West Lagoon. Very comfortable amenities and the pool was especially appreciated, given the warm climates. Paul was a very responsive owner, always ready to offer help services. We stayed 2 weeks. This was our 7th visit to the atoll and, thus far, the best. Much credit goes to Paul and his beautiful, comfortable home that we got to use. We're already planning our next trip and, no doubt, will hope to use this residence again.

The place was fantastic, with lots of space for us to hang out and the pool to cool off in. Paul was a great host who was very accomodating and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

The property is great value, very spacious and comfortable. The large veranda and the pool are a real treat on balmy days. The property's master bedroom has a stylish ensuite bathroom and walk in closet which are not included on the photos.

The Amuri Pool Villa is a small slice of Heaven perched up on the hill off the island's main road with stunning sunset views from the balcony overlooking the pool. Whilst the decor is simple it is in keeping with an island paced holiday and is suitable for the environment. The home is a real 'home' and we wished we could have stayed there longer. Paul was very helpful from our airport pick ups to a minor repair and express concern when he heard screams echoing from the jungle when one of our boys had an unexpected encounter with a local wasp. It is a lovely home and suitable for large families or like us, two families with two kids each. I'm sure that if the Amuri is kept so well maintained it will continue to be a paradise for those that stay there. Thank you. Suki Ibbetson & Paul Maguire

Swims in the pool are mandatory before breakfast and certainly something to look forward to after an awesome day on the lagoon or scooting around the island.

Eating out
For those who enjoy eating out there are 4 Restaurants/cafes and Bars within walking distance ,including the Aitutaki game fishing club a good place for your favourite cold one.
Grocery stores, Internet cafe, post office and the Banks are all only minutes away.

Privacy
The Villa is located on the western side of Aitutaki on an elevated part of Amuri village ,the property is accesed by a 100 meter private driveway up an incline ending at a shady parking area provided by a Flambouyant tree. The Villa is surounded by yellow hibiscus trees and natural vegetation.The swimming pool and deck area is used exclusivly by the guests staying in the Pool.

We have recently undertaken some renovations to the Villa, including install A/C to master bedroom, Bathroom upgrade and outside shower.
