Each of the 3 large bedrooms has excellent storage facilities, one ensuite has a spa bath, the other has 2 hand basins, both
showers are at floor level.
The spacious living area has 3 leather sofas and a large dining table which seats 8 .
Reverse cycle air conditioning is ducted thru all of the rooms
The apartment has a full kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, ample crockery, cutlery, pots & pans and a large fridge/freezer, a granite bench and lots of storage.
The laundry has a front loader washing machine and clothes drier, and more storage cupboards
From your balcony which has outdoor furniture you can take in the lights of the city.
Access to the apartment is via lift form the foyer. The secure undercover parking area is adjacent the foyer, so you have direct access.
Opposite the apartment bock is a plethora of great dining options and public transport.
The apartment is suitable for guests requiring a wheel chair travelling with a carer and those with limited mobility as there are no steps in the entrance or within the apartment, all living, dining and sleeping is on 1 level.

Our location is ideal for those looking to enjoy fine dining, Adelaides vibrant cultural atmosphere, galleries and theatres, great shopping the parklands and beaches. For those coming to work access to city and suburbs is very convenient.
Opposite the apartments we have public transport, 1 block away we have the Glenelg / City tram. The friendly city of Adelaide offers free transport on the trams in the CBD. about 150 metres away you are able to hop onto the Free City Tour Bus, nearby you can also borrow bikes ( no charge just show a current drivers liscence or passport)
Access by car is very easy, each apartment has 2 dedicated car parks.
The apartments are privately owned and operated as part of the South Australian City Coast & Country Accommodation..a very big name for my small group of properties in Adelaide, the Clare Valley and Victor Harbor.

Pulteney Street is within walking distance of the cbd, law courts, hospitals, tram to Glenelg, great food and shopping. 500 metres to Hutt Street which is a mecca for fine dining.
A 10 minute taxi ride will see you in North Adelaide, Norwood, Unley, the Festival Theatre and Entertainment Centre, all major hospitals and the Botanic Gardens and Zoo.
For visitors driving in from Melbourne and Sydney Pulteney Street is easy to access straight down the freeway & Glen Osmond Road . Travelling time from the airport is about 20 minutes.
