Principal floor has one ensuite room with queen bed, 2 rooms, one with queen, one with twins, and bathroom with bath and shower. All rooms are small but have good light. Living room has couches that seat 5, lounge chairs, opposite tv and gas fireplace, and looks out over lake and Remarkables.
Dining room faces lake and has a table that seats 8. Full kitchen is next to dining room.
Downstairs has a large informal bedroom with double and twin, large flat screen tv, bathroom with shower, and kitchenette. Includes two car garage.

7ly Special Location
Right out the back of 7LY, 2 minutes away, is a takeaway restaurant, a wine bar-restaurant, a bus stop for 1/2 hourly service to town, the Hotel Aspen on Queenstown with direct ski field shuttle service, and the start of a thru-the-woods walk into town. Guests can be independent.
