7UP is the most elegant, but both face the same way, with almost the same view of the lake. Either can be rented separately, but this "property" allows you to rent them together.

7UP spacious, elegant
7UP is laid out on 3 floors, a master bedroom on top, two bedrooms, an office, living room, dining room kitchen and spectacular deck on the second story, and a two bedroom apartment with small kitchenette and garage on the bottom. 7UP has 3 tvs, the one in the living room with a "my sky" recording system, a spa, fantastic deck, sunny backyard, and bbq--as does 7ly as well.

Sevenly, cosy and efficient
The rooms are decidedly smaller but the view is almost the same. A principal floor with three bedroom, one an ensuite, and two baths. Downstairs is a large bedroom, with kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The living room has a gas fireplace and 40 inch LCD TV hooked to Sky with a "my sky recording system.

Too Much Fun
We could talk forever about the property, and, of course, about Queenstown, but what is unique about 7 Wonders is your chance to bring 17 of your best friends and enjoy Queenstown and the property.
Easy town access, ski buses from the hotel behind the house, two of everything: kitchen, tv recording systems, spas, two car garages, wifi, pretty much everything you could ask for.
But the energy is up to you! 17 friends. Think about it.
