Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service.

More about the house:

All living areas are located on the one level. Bedroom one has a Queen bed with a single bunk set. Bedroom two has a Queen bed. Bedroom three has a queen bed with trundler bed underneath along with an ensuite and then downstairs there is the fourth bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite. There is also a foldout couch in the lounge so the home is capable of sleeping up to 13 people if necessary. Electric blankets are provided on all beds apart from the bunks. All bedrooms have an oil column heater to compliment the log fire in the lounge, keeping things nice and warm. With a cot and highchair available as well there is little the homeowners haven't been able to provide for you. You will be very hard pressed to look past this home for quality, location and price.
