Customer Satisfaction Rating (CSR)

The questionnaire below is an example only of the type of questions that are asked of the guest once a stay has been completed, the questionnaire is sent via in email link to the guest, and the guest then completes the questions to give the home a guest rating.

They will be automatically directed to a survey by email after their stay. If no reply in 5 days an automatic reminder email will be sent.

This rating can only be made by a customer that books through the home for hire system. By checking one of the 5 circles a score will be added to the owners csr.

Was the property clean on your arrival?
How did the property compare to the owners star rating?
How do you rate your experince with the property owner/manager?
The scores will be as follows.

1 = -3
2 = -1
3 = 0
4 = +1
5 = +3
No opinion = 0

This rating can only be made by a customer that books through the home for hire system.
